Will’s Famous Bloody Marys

Every year on New Year’s day I make a lot of bloodies
Over time I have refined my recipe…

Get a pitcher about a 1 gallon size +/-
Add in no particular order.
Juice of 1 LEMON
About a teaspoon of HORSERADISH
Large pinch or two of KOSHER SALT
2-3 shakes of TABASCO (for heat)
3-4 shakes of CHOLULA (for flavor)
6-10 shakes of WORCHESTER SAUCE (don’t skimp. Hard to add too much)
Enough TOMATO JUICE to top off pitcher. I use Trader Joe’s Garden Patch Juice (experiment to find the right juice for you)

Stir to get that yummy horseradish off the bottom - adjust to taste, sometimes you might want a little more salt or tabasco…
In a glass (optionally salt / spice the rim)
add a few ice cubes, a celery stalk , vodka to taste (or you can go virgin)
A few olives etc.
Stir pitcher and top off glass.

Pro tips
- If you have straws (paper or metal) they keep the celery from poking you in the eye.
- if you use a toothpick to skewer the olives and stick the end into the celery, they don’t just sink and you keep your fingers clean.

Ahhh - perfect!
